Elizabeth Valdez is a SWFL entrepreneur, Navy veteran, mother, and passionate advocate for vulnerable children whose life reflects resilience, redemption, and purpose. After experiencing foster care, juvenile detention, and homelessness as a teenager, she developed deep empathy for children in crisis—fueling a lifelong commitment to advocacy. She later served in the U.S. Navy, built a successful career in interior design, and became the founder of Paradise Food Tours and co-owner of a long-standing family business with her husband. Grounded in her Christian faith and family life, Elizabeth is now a dedicated champion of 4KIDS Southwest Florida, using her lived experience, leadership, and community connections to inspire generosity, compassion, and lasting impact for children and families across the region.
