James joined the 4KIDS team in 2020 and currently serves as the Vice President of Programs. He has a MA degree in Marriage & Family and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. James has over 25 years of experience in the child welfare and mental health sector.
Mat has been on the 4KIDS team since 2000 and has played a pivotal role in helping to expand foster homes into Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast. Mat’s background in the Department of Juvenile Justice has developed his heart for foster care and continues to motivate him in his role as Chief Operating Officer.
Terri joined the 4KIDS team in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services. Both a LCSW and LMFT, she has more than 40 years of clinical experience and administrative oversight.
Shelley joined the 4KIDS team in 2012 after working in the foster care system for over 12 years in Missouri. Her passion for bringing justice to the foster care system in Florida helps to propel her work as Vice President of Expansion.
